Michael, the estimator, was informative, efficient, and had great communication. It's important to feel comfortable when you hire a company to do work inside your home and the crew with Floors By Design did just that. James, Stephan, and Justin (the flooring technicians) were friendly, respectful, presentable, and clean. They were very hard workers. This is the best flooring company in Douglas County and I highly recommend them to everyone. The flooring looks beautiful and our home now looks like something out of a magazine. Thank you!

Message: Used FBD twice the last couple years for a carpet and a floor job. I worked through John on both projects and he was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything, was very thorough and gave very detailed and competitive bids. JD and Dornath were the installers on both jobs and these guys are masters of their craft. They were very efficient, professional and obviously very proud of their company. This is a top notch outfit that treats their employees very well and is worth every penny. I only wish they did dentistry and car repair, I'd go with them for that too. ;-).
