You will always be greeted by a talented, skilled and friendly team of technical experts and sales staff. Message: Great customer service and tech support! Jason (repair supervisor) was super helpful getting my older iMac back in shape with a new SSD and logic board install. He was very helpful and responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Also the salesperson was very helpful discussing all the details I asked about the iPads. Some reviewers here are far too critical over one or two small issues they mention. Doesn't seem fair at all.. Anyway, thanks, Connecting Point!
