Message: Staff was incredibly helpful when we came in looking for our first insert. We came with a lot of info for our fireplace (dimensions, layout, photos, needs) and they made use of every bit of it. We didn't have an appointment or anything, but one of their staff dropped what he was doing and gave us his full attention. They helped us find the exact one we needed, and gave us a good overview of the different facades and installation options. Didn't try to upsell us and really seemed to respect what we wanted. We had to table the purchase for now (as it came to about 25% more than we budgeted for), but we do plan on purchasing our insert from them in the future. Will update the review when we do, just wanted to report on the experience, as we were impressed with their quality of service.

Message: Lisac's service people worked with the factory in the Seattle area to identify the problem with our gas fireplace insert. They tried several solutions, installing significant new components on three occasions. But the problem persisted. They even made a service call with the service technician from the Gas company. Finally, it was decided that the entire unit needed to be replaced. Incredibly, I was only charged just for the final service call to pull the original unit and put in the brand new one – never a component charge, not even for the complete new fireplace insert! While they came out at least a half dozen times to try to solve the problem, they did not bill me for these service calls. The fireplace always worked when they left, but neither the service people nor I was convinced the problem had been solved. The only bill I got was for the final service call when they replaced the unit.. Adrian and Andy were always professional, always showed up when promised, worked quickly and without making a mess. And they solved the problem (by replacing the entire insert) and the fireplace works great now. Terrific customer service! Super technical support!
