Message: Our fridge in our Motor Coach went out, after getting shot down at Home Depot and Best Buy, we went to Kelly's and received the BEST service ever! Our salesman Noble started off by saying "what do we need to do to help you" and boom he made it happen! We drove our Coach to the rear of the store and Noble along with a few other guys removed our old fridge and installed our new! Not to mention he TOTALLY help us out on price! EXCELLENT PEOPLE, EXCELLENT BUSINESS!

Message: Shopping a local option is the best! After looking at a big box store and being disappointed in the selections and availability of help, I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of choices on the showroom floor. It was beautifully displayed and the salesperson, Chazz, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even the extended warranty was half the price and two years longer than the big box. Delivery was very easy and I was able to track the delivery truck to know when they were on their way. I highly recommend Kelly’s as your appliance center of choice.

Message: Having purchased five or six large appliances from West Coast over the ten years I lived in the area, I was hoping that Kelly's would offer a similar shopping experience. But I'm sorry to say that if anyone is expecting the same level of customer service as they received at West Coast, they may be in for a disappointment. I sure was. Appliance was delivered with damage. Not a big problem. The installer took pictures. Later in the day I tried to contact the salesperson to find out about a replacement. He was unavailable, but the person answering the phone said she'd give him the message. He never called back. So I tried again without success. The following day, I talked to the same lady who confirmed a date for a replacement. What's the best way for a company to lose a good customer? Don't return calls.
