Message: Outstanding customer service is how I would begin with. I have purchased a propane tank from BlueStar, along with several parts over the past year. Yes, they sell parts, and are happy to answer your questions too. A far better experience than that big competition, whose name should be Inferior Propane! (who don't sell parts and only have an office clerk on staff).. BlueStar also has a showroom, with lots of consumer-end use propane products, from BBQs to a tankless water heater.. Their technical assistance is also excellent. Prices on propane, tanks, and products is very comparable to industry pricing.
